Preston after the WOD! He said it was STRAIGHT INTENSE!!

  

    K - Ipping pull ups

          E - ach side DB sit ups

                I - n the middle 800m run

        T - o many push ups

  H - eavy lunges

Mr. Payne is turning the BIG 43 so as the birthday WOD traditions continue we will be doing 43 reps of each exercise!!
