sweet. The half mile is thrown in to work the legs...because the airsquats and double unders weren't quite doing the job.

Great workout!!! Absolutely loved it! Did it tonight in 15:02, woulda been faster but the treadmill was upstairs from the weight room so I had to run there first and get it started (no way I'm running outside in 7 degree weather!). After doing Fight Gone Bad this morning too, I wasn't too disappointed in it. Good day!
