Butterfly sit-ups ? That's a new level of difficulty. Guess we are gone give the quads a break and kill our abs and ham's. Surprised we are not running backwards for 800m.Can't wait.

Besides the running, I have done none of these excercises before. I find that scary, but exciting! We will see!
