Are the lunges walking lunges? 7 or 14 each leg? And I'm assuming 45# plate overhead?

mike sorry we dont have internet at the gym yet but it was 14 total so 7 on each leg and yea 45# plate! enjoy!

Two of the girls who WOD with me hit this up yesterday (Friday) but did it with 28 lunges (14 each leg), modified HSPUs (feet on box), and 75 singles. 10:29 and 14:32 I think...brutal WOD. I did power clean/burpee WOD from a few days ago in 6:36 I think. Had better days but o well.

Tonight Anna and I did 5 rounds for time of: 3 snatches (95#/40#) 6 OHS (95#/40#) 9 burpees Anna: 7:32 Mike (me): 6:29 All I can say is wow...knew it wouldn't be easy but didn't expect it to suck it out of me that bad!
