Did the .com WOD today, probably hit this one up tomorrow. 30 HSPU, 40 pullups, 50 DB swings (55#), 60 situps, 70 burpees 15:55, pathetic. Burpees killed me!!! I started burpees at 8:52...7 minutes of burpees--never again!
