Hit that 100 OHS WOD yesterday, maybe a bad idea now that I see today's WOD... 100 OHS: 9:49 of pure shoulder and wrist destruction!! Goal was to do sets of 20, that didn't last too long. If I remember correctly OHS broke down as follows: 25, 15, 7, 8, 10, 10, 10, 10, 5 Too long of breaks, too many sets.
