"Sprint Work"

8x  100m Sprints

"then"

8 rds of Cindy

Cindy= 5 pull ups

            10 push ups

         15 squats

* The sprints are as fast as you can for the full distance then turn around job back and repeat for 8 reps. The 8rds of Cindy are followed directly after the 8th sprints and is for time! Enjoy!
