5min Double Under Work

*must get at least 150 reps

"10rds for Time"

3 Cleans 155#/95#

6 HSPU

*If you are doing the scaled version of the HSPU the the reps will be double! 

There are only 3 more days to get signed up for our I AM CrossFit Challenge so dont forget to stop by the office before you leave and sign up if you are not gonna be able to make it in before Wednesday just give us a call! We are getting really excited we have a lot of really good things planned for this challenge starting Friday so don't miss out!!!
