Sorry wasn't there today guys, needed the HSPU training but after yesterdays Filthy Fifty and the 2 5ks I ran Monday and this morning I've got some terrible tendinitis in my knee. I'll see yall tomorrow though. Looking forward to getting back at it. Didn't realize how much I enjoyed working out up there ;)
