Will that be 3 pullups and 3 tricep dips for every 1 ring dip? If so, ouch!

It's 3 regular dips for every 1 ring dip. 3 pullups and 3 dips is the sub for muscle ups.

Shaved a minute off my time from 4:30 down to 3:30 on combat challenge at FD in two weeks time. Apparently paleo isn't just good for Crossfit hut all parts of life.

Will - thanks again for your hospitality and coaching - I am more excited than ever about my home crossfit gym! Also thanks to Angel for kicking my butt in my 1st ever WOD at a CF box. I find myself actually hoping to get sent back to Mobile for more job training so I can sneak back over and workout with you guys!

I agree with you Mooney, Ive never felt so good on 5 hours of sleep as I have today. I dont skip on sleep often but its nice knowing since starting Paleo, it seems if I have to i can function the next day. Any my dependency on Coffee has been significantly reduced! Yaya for Paleo!
