So CFMers we need your support this Saturday we will be doing Fight Gone Bad to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project. You can bring whoever you want they can either come to workout or just come to support and have a good time. We are asking that everyone try to get to the gym between 9am and 9:30am so we can begin with the first heats at 10am. We will have refreshments there so bring your family, friends, and yourself and let's CRUSH this WOD for a really good cause!
