This WOD will be for total amount of reps of all movements combined! Remember there will be no morning classes today only afternoon classes Coach Steve-O will be your coach for the afternoon. If you are planning on attending the 4pm class it will not start till about 4:15! If you are not coming in and want to do the WOD at home please post reps to comments!
