100m Run 

Power Clean

Muscle Up 

"Levels"

1:95/65 

2:115/75

3:135/95

4:155/105

5:185/125

6:205/135 

You will perform 1 run 1 power clean 1 muscle up then 1 run 2 power cleans 2 muscle ups then 1 run 3 power cleans 3 muscle ups and so on. You will have 20 min to see how high up the ladder you can get! ENJOY!
